Cansu Kanışkan is the founder and creative director of CANSU XI. Her passion is to draw inspiration from art, nature and history to create something new, adaptable, sustainable, ethical and long-lasting.

After her fashion studies in Milan and various professional experiences, she moved to Paris to chase bigger dreams. She worked with various fashion brands to gain more practical experience and decided to create her own fashion brand, just like she had always dreamt of, since the beginning of her self-actualization journey. She overcame challenges and created beautiful memories, as a young entrepreneur who was trying to build a brand during a global pandemic.

As a young woman who was living far away from her hometown, Eskisehir, since she was seventeen - a very critical age of self-exploration - she never stayed put since then. A “chaotic way of living” became the main element of her life. Different people, different cultures, different worlds.
